Ron-Robert Zieler won just his fourth cap during Tuesday’s 1-0 win over Spain, but he impressed many a Germany fan with his performance. The Hannover keeper has been named “Man of the Match” by the Fan Club Nationalmannschaft powered by Coca-Cola.

The 25-year-old World Champion collected 31.2% of the 9,531 votes cast, seeing off Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos (20.4%) and VfB Stuttgart defender Antonio Rüdiger (15.1%).
