Last Sunday, the Potsdam defender suffered a muscle tear in the warm up, before her team’s Bundesliga game against Frankfurt. Silvia Neid has called up Frankfurt’s Kathrin Hendrich to replace the 19-year-old in the squad.
Next Monday the DFB Women will travel to the USA for the star-studded tournament, which the USA has invited them to take part in. The tournament will run from 3rd March until 9th March. The team will face France on 3rd March in Tampa, Florida at 23:00 CET, before facing England in Nashville, Tennessee on 6th March at 23:45 CET. Their final game will be against the world champions, the USA on 9th March in Boca Raton, Florida at 1:45 CET.
