23 players have been named in the Germany U19 squad for their preparatory tournament in Greece, set to take place from 10th until 18th November. Manager Marcus Sorg has built his team around regulars captain Mart Ristl and attacker Timo Werner (both VfB Stuttgart players).
Goalkeeper Nils Körber (Hertha BSC), defenders Leon Guwara (Werder Bremen), Lukas Klostermann (RB Leipzig), Steffen Nkansah (Borussia Mönchengladbach), John-Patrick Strauss (RB Leipzig), midfielders Gianluca Gaudino (Bayern München), Richard Neudecker (1860 München) and strikers Sinan Kurt (Bayern München) and Gianluca Rizzo (Borussia Mönchengladbach) have all been called up to the squad for the first time.
