Trapp lifts Supercup

Kevin Trapp and Paris St. Germain continue to dominate French football, despite the fact that superstar forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic has moved to Manchester United. The double winners beat Olympique Lyon 4-1 in the Supercup on Saturday.

PSG’s goals came courtesy of Javier Pastore (9’), Lucas (19’), Hatem Ben Arfa (34’) and Layvin Kurzawa (54’). They have now won the tournament on four consecutive occasions and six times overall. Corentin Tolisso (87’) grabbed a late consolation for Lyon.
