League leaders Manchester City have stretched their lead at the top of the table. Leroy Sané started as Pep Guardiola’s side beat Mesut Özil’s Arsenal 3-1; a result that moves City eight points clear at the top of the table.

Former Bundesliga player, Kevin de Bruyne gave City the lead, before the win was sealed by strikes from Sergio Agüero and Gabriel Jesus. Alexandre Lacazette got on the scoresheet for Arsenal. Ilkay Gündogan came off the bench in the 78th minute.

Alvaro Morata was the match winner as Chelsea beat Manchester United 1-0. Antonio Rüdiger came on in the 66th minute to help see out the game for Chelsea, and the win leaves Chelsea in fourth place on 22 points.

The defending championss beat Benevento 2-1, meaning they now have 31 points, just one shy of the league leaders, who could only manage aa 0-0 draw against Chievo Verona. Benevento went into half time leading 0-1, but Juventus hit back in the second half, with goals from Higuain and Cuadrado. Khedira and Höwedes were both unused substitutes.
