PSG and Draxler defeat Nice

PSG march on in the Ligue 1. On Friday evening, the French champions beat OGC Nice 3-0 (2-0) at the Parc des Princes thanks to an Edison Cavani brace and an own-goal by former Gladbach, München and Wolfsburg player, Dante.

With Julian Draxler in the starting line-up, PSG increased their lead over AS Monaco to seven points – at least until Monaco play on Saturday. Kevin Trapp was on the bench for PSG.

Cavani notched his tenth and eleventh goals of the season with 3 and then 31 minutes on the board. His first marked PSG’s 2500th in the top division. The victory was competed by a Dante second half own-goal.
