1. FC Kaiserslautern regained the lead in the 2nd Bundesliga with a 3-0 win at Alemannia Aachen on Monday. German Under 21 international Sidney Sam scored a hat-trick at the new Tivoli Stadium.
FC St. Pauli had taken the temporary lead on Friday. On the 20th round the team from Hamburg beat MSV Duisburg 2-0 (2-0) in an away match. Marius Ebbers and Deniz Naki were the goal scores for St. Pauli. TuS Koblenz beat Fortuna Düsseldorf 1-0 (0-0).
On Saturday FC Augsburg took a 3-1 against Arminia Bielefeld. Michael Thurk scored twice for the Bavarians.
On Sunday Rot Weiss Ahlen win the second match of the season. Momar N'Diaye scored the game-winning-goal against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen.
