Borussia Dortmund will have to manage without goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller in Tuesday’s DFB Cup semi-final match against Bayern München (20:30 CEST). The 34-year-old World Champion is currently suffering from bruising to his pelvis and a pulled adductor muscle. He will be out of action for two weeks. Weidenfeller was replaced in goal by Australian Mitch Langerak in Saturday‘s 2-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt.
Weidenfeller won’t be available for the upcoming Bundesliga games against 1899 Hoffenheim and Hertha BSC.
