The draw for the UEFA Women’s Champions League round of 32 has paired both of Germany’s representatives with British opposition. While last year’s finalists VfL Wolfsburg will come up against English champions Chelsea Ladies, German champions FC Bayern München will meet Scottish runners-up Hibernian Ladies.
The first legs will take place on 6th/7th October in London and Edinburgh respectively, before the two Allianz Frauen-Bundesliga sides will have home advantage in the second legs on 12th/13th October.
The draw for the round of 16 will take place on 17th October in Nyon, Switzerland. The final will be contested on 1st June 2017 in the Cardiff City Stadium in Wales.
