Lira Alushi has had to pull out of Germany’s international against England in London on Sunday (16:00 CET) due to knee problems. Germany women’s coach, Silvia Neid, has called-up midfielder Sara Däbritz from SC Freiburg in place of the Paris Saint-Germain player.
The women’s national team will meet up on Tuesday in order to prepare for their final game of this calendar year, before travelling to London on Friday. 55,000 tickets have already been sold for the game at Wembley and ticket sales have been capped at that figure.
