After the arrival of Toni Kroos, Germany’s EURO 2016 squad is complete - time for the obligatory team photo! 23 players, the coaching staff including manager Joachim Löw, his assistants Thomas Schneider and Marcus Sorg, goalkeeping coach Andreas Köpke as well as general manager Oliver Bierhoff all took their places before training on Thursday morning.
Focus then immediately returned to preparations for Saturday’s friendly against Hungary in Gelsenkirchen (18:00 CEST). The squad numbers for this summer’s tournament in France (10th June - 10th July) have also been revealed:
