Leo Stolz has been named the Best College Footballer in America. The 23-year-old is the captain of the University of California Los Angeles’ team (UCLA). In December they finished second in the college championship, losing to the University of Virginia on penalties.
In January Stolz will train with Eintracht Braunschweig’s U23 side. It is expected that he will get picked up by a Major League Soccer (MLS) team on Thursday, when the Draft takes place.
