Two Bundesliga representatives in Germany Under-20 squad

The Germany under-20s are preparing for two fixtures over the international break. A trip to Holland is up first, before a home game in Norderstedt against Switzerland.

Frank Kramer has selected 16 outfield players and three goalkeepers for the games, including two who already ply their trade in the Bundesliga: Hertha BSC’s Jordan Torunarigha and Dzenis Burnic of VfB Stuttgart. Both men have already made appearances in Germany’s top division this season.

"We’ve put this squad together after close talks with under-21 coach Stefan Kuntz,“ said Kramer. “The games against the Netherlands and Switzerland will be two big tests for us, and we are looking forward to them both. Experience on an international stage will be key for the development of these players. We want to use both games to keep progressing.”
