Newly-promoted MSV Duisburg are at home to SGS Essen, while Bundesliga newcomers Borussia Mönchengladbach travel to 1. FFC Frankfurt. VfL Wolfsburg will hope for a repeat of their 2016 DFB Cup final triumph over SC Sand. After the departure of Bernd Schröder, Turbine Potsdam will kick off their campaign under new manager Matthias Rudolph in Hoffenheim and FF USV Jena have a trip to Bayer Leverkusen.

Champions Bayern and last season’s runners-up Wolfsburg will go head-to-head on matchday three. The Allianz Frauen-Bundesliga will conclude on Sunday, 21st May 2017. The complete set of fixtures can be found here.
