Müller named Norway Man of the Match

Who deserves to be named Man of the Match more than Thomas Müller? The 26-year old scored two goals and supplied the assist for FC Bayern München teammate Joshua Kimmich in the 3-0 win over Norway, the perfect start to Germany’s World Cup qualification campaign. Müller has now scored 34 international goals for Germany, overtaking legend Fritz Walter in the all-time goal scoring records.

The impressive display was appreciated by the fans. Müller received 50.7% of the votes and was therefore named Man of the Match against Norway. Kimmich came in second place with 25.7% and Mesut Özil in third with 7.4%.
