Dzsenifer Marozsan will not be available for 1. FFC Frankfurt at the start of the Allianz Women’s Bundesliga. The 23-year-old Germany international will have an operation on her left ankle at the Berufsgenossenschaftlichen Unfallklinik in Frankfurt am Main on Monday.
The procedure has been deemed necessary after assessment by Frankfurt’s team orthopaedist Dr. Ingo Tusk and a non-surgical treatment couldn’t be found. According to the current Women’s Champions League champions, Dzsenifer Marozsan will be out for at least eight weeks.
