Borussia refuse to speculate as to when Reus could make his competitive return, but remain confident that his recovery will take no longer than the three months originally forecast by doctors.
The midfielder suffered a partially torn ligament in his left ankle and an avulsion fracture to the front of his heel bone as Germany defeated Armenia 6-1 in a World Cup warm-up match, forcing him to miss this summer’s tournament in Brazil.
