Köln tie with Dresden, Braunschweig still on top

1. FC Köln have missed the third win in a row and remains in the lower part of the table after round 9 of 2. Bundesliga. The team of coach Holger Stanislawski tied with Dynamo Dresden 1-1 on Monday and has as 13th of the table only two points clear of the relegation zone. Dresden advanced to place 10, but level on points with Köln.

1. FC Kaiserslautern tied with FC Ingolstadt on Sunday (1-1) and missed the jump on second place. VfR Aalen missed it too after losing 0-2 (0-1) in the duel at SV Sandhausen. Meanwhile Erzgebirge Aue celebrated a small coup. The team of coach Karsten Baumann won 3:1 (1:0) against Jahn Regensburg.

Eintracht Braunschweig remains on top of the league. The "Lions" won 3-0 against VfL Bochum on Saturday and are still unbeaten after round 9. MSV Duisburg celebrated the first victory of the season. The "Zebras" won at Energie Cottbus.

FC St. Pauli still wait for the second victory. After three matches without a victory Pauli played 2-2 against Union Berlin. At the same time Hertha BSC Berlin won 3-0 against 1860 München. FSV Frankfurt and SC Paderborn played 1-1.
