Khedira’s opening fixture with defending champions and Champions League finalists Juventus on 22nd/23rd August is Udinese, who barely avoided relegation last season by finishing 16th. Klose begins the season with Lazio by hosting newly promoted Bologna.
Florence striker Mario Gomez begins the season against AC Milan. Last season’s runners-up Roma meet former Bayern player Luca Toni’s club Hellas Verona. Inter Milan face Atalanta.
Last season’s runners-up and champions face each other on only the second day of the season, whilst the Milan Derby between Inter and AC is the following week. The season will end slightly early on 15th May 2015 because of the Euros in France.
