Martin Amedick and Erik Jendrisek scored as 1. FC Kaiserslautern took the lead in German Second Bundesliga with a 2-0 win at Union Berlin. A last minute strike by Andrew Sinkala secured FC Augsburg a 3-2 victory over FC St. Pauli in Sunday's games of Round 13. Elsewhere MSV Duisburg won 1-0 at spVgg Greuther Fürth and TuS Koblenz beat Alemannia Aachen with the same result.

Earlier, top of the table Arminia Bielefeld lost 0-1 to 1860 München in the top clash on Friday. On Saturday Frankfurt took a 3-1 in Oberhausen, Rostock beat Karlsruhe 2-1 on their own pitch.
