Germany v Italy – 15th November in Milan

Germany’s year will end with a friendly against Italy on the 15th of November at the Giuseppe-Meazza stadium in Milan. The Italian FA today confirmed the venue for the game, which has always been a classic encounter. The nations have faced each other twice this year already. Once in a friendly in Munich on the 29th of May, when Die Mannschaft triumphed 4-1. The other encounter was in the quarterfinals of the European Championships in France, when Germany again came out on top. This time however, it was a closer game and penalties were needed to decide the winner.
