But Sami Khedira (64), Miroslav Klose (68) and Marco Reus (74) made it 4-1 for the Germans. Dimitrios Salpingidis scored the second Greek goal from the penalty spot (89).
Germany now wait for the winners of the quarterfinal between England and Italy.
