Draxler starts in PSG win

Paris Saint Germain celebrated Kylian Mbappé’s debut with their fifth win in five games. The league leaders, with World Cup winner Julian Draxler in their starting XI, cruised to a 5-1 win over FC Metz.

Edison Cavani gave the favourites the lead, but Emmanuel Rivière equalized minutes later for the home side. However, after Benoît Assou-Ekotto was sent off shortly before the hour mark, the visitors really stepped up a gear. A debut goal for Mbappé, followed by goals from Neymar, Cavani and Lucas ensured victory for PSG. Draxler played the full ninety minutes, while Kevin Trapp was an unused substitute.
