Bayern München have won their seventh match in a row by beating 1899 Hoffenheim 2-0 on Saturday to set a new starting record. Franck Ribery was on target twice. Meanwhile Schalke 04 sent VfL Wolfsburg into deeper trouble with a 3-0 win. Wolfsburg are now only one point before rock-bottom.
