Garefrekes with a hat-trick (53./64./90.) sealed the clear victory and opened the celebrations on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the first Women's international in Germany.
The DFB had invited many former national players to Koblenz. Following the game, the DFB hosted a festive gala diner to commemorate the anniversary.
