The DFB Cup final is the showpiece event of the year and a real fans‘ favourite. Since the middle of the December supporters have been able to apply for tickets for the match, which takes place in Berlin’s Olympiastadion on 21st May, via the DFB’s ticketing portal. This process will close at 12:00 CET on 26th February. If the number of applications exceeds the amount of tickets available, as it has done in previous years, a ballot will take place.
The quarter finals of the 2015/16 edition of the competition will take place in early February. FC Bayern München travel to VfL Bochum, VfB Stuttgart host Borussia Dortmund, Werder Bremen travel to Bayern 04 Leverkusen and Heidenheim face Hertha BSC in the last eight.
The semis will take place on either 19th or 20th April, with the final being players just one month later.
