Confed Cup winners second in world rankings

Germany are second in the latest FIFA world ranking list behind Brazil. Joachim Löw's team have 1549 points and sit between the two South American giants Brazil (1604) and Argentina (1399).

Switzerland have climbed one place to fourth (1329) and Poland sit fifth on 1319 points - their best ever world ranking. Portugal have dropped two places and are now sixth on 1267 points.

The next FIFA world ranking list comes out on 14th September 2017.
