Berlin climb to fourth place

Hertha BSC Berlin climb to fourth place after a 1-0 against Dynamo Dresden on Wednesday, while Eintracht Braunschweig reclaim the top position, thrashing MSV Duisburg 3-0 (0-0).

Relegated 1. FC Köln celebrated their first win of the season after beating FSV Frankfurt 2-1 (0-0) at home. Meanwhile Energie Cottbus at stormed to second place by winning 2-1 (0-0) against SC Paderborn. Jahn Regensburg took three points from their trip to SV Sandhausen, while FC St. Pauli lost their third match of the season.

On Thursday (8.15 pm) finally VfL Bochum faces 1. FC Kaiserslautern. With two victories, two draws and two defeats the team by the Ruhr is in the middle of the table. With another away win the relegated "Red Devils" could do one more step back to the Bundesliga.
