The only German representative remaining in the Champions League, Bayern München, have been drawn against FC Barcelona and their stars Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar in the semi-finals. The draw was made today at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland by former Dortmund hero Karl-Heinz Riedle. Bayern will travel to Barcelona for the first leg before returning home for the second. The other semi-final will be between Juventus and defending champions Real Madrid.
The first legs will be played on the 5th and 6th May, with the return fixtures scheduled a week later on the 12th and 13th May. The final will take place on 6th June at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium.
